Nothing showing up?
- Check the code character by character. Look-alike characters — the letter O and zero, the letter I and one — are a common mix-up.
- Use the same email address you entered on the application.
- Check the date of birth format and digits.
- Applied through an agency? Ask them for your registration code — you can still check the result yourself on the official site.
Checking is free
The official status search costs nothing. Sites that charge to "track" your e-visa, or promise to speed it up for a fee, are not the government.

It is given when you submit your application and is included in your confirmation email. Keep a copy — you need it to check your result.
